The structure of ECLECTIE is arranged so that each line of work is led by a distinct organization – with a fitting legal form and its own reporting. Non-profit programs and commercial services are kept separate.
Biedrība
The parent association of ECLECTIE. Responsible for non-profit programs, international memoranda, and engagement with public-sector partners in the European Union.
Commercial company for trade and business projects in the European Union: supplier contracts, logistics, and market entry.
Aktiengesellschaft
Swiss service company responsible for IT services: hosting, managed services, and support of the platform infrastructure.
Forening/lag/innretning
Scandinavian association for regional programs, field work, and partnerships in Northern Europe.
Project details, research materials, and additional case-specific information are shared with counterparties after a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) has been signed.
