ECLECTIE

About

ECLECTIE, an international organization

ECLECTIE connects business, public institutions, and civic communities on cross-border projects.

01

Who we are

We accompany projects in which the interests of business, public institutions, and civic communities meet. Our role is to complement existing processes with applied work on the ground and digital infrastructure.

The format of engagement is adapted to each task: from a short consultation to a multi-year program involving several countries.

Organizational structure

The structure comprises an association and a trading company in Latvia, a service company in Switzerland, and an association in Norway. Each organization handles its own profile of agreements – from intergovernmental memoranda to commercial IT services.

Principles of work

A few principles we follow in any engagement – from a short consultation to a multi-year program.

01

End-to-end support

We accompany each case from the first request to its completion. This allows the parties involved to see the result across the full horizon of work.

02

Local context

We work through people and partners who live in the local environment. The framework for each country is built separately, taking into account its legal and cultural specifics.

03

Transparent reporting

Agreements, timelines, and results are recorded explicitly. Analytics are collected during the work itself and form part of the final report.

04

Open acknowledgement of limits

We state in advance what lies within our capacity and what depends on external factors. This saves time for all parties and forms realistic expectations.
